At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your GRUV account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a valid return process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
