How long does shipping take for my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

What is your return policy for electronics and media?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please note that physical media like Blu-rays and 4K UHD discs must be unopened and in their original shrink-wrap to qualify for a full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, GRUV Entertainment ships to addresses within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the future.

Are the discs sold on GRUV region-coded?

Most of our Blu-ray and DVD products are Region 1 (North America). Please check the specific product description for region compatibility before completing your purchase.
